We invite collaboration with other researchers, pharmaceutical companies, and other entities, either Individually or corporately who have the capability to  advance the development of Zetetin® to availability in treating HCV and other human diseases.

Our proposed next step is to to secure funding for:

(1) an in vitro assay to demonstrate efficacy in a novel human hepatocyte cell culture, Martina Buck, Ph.D.,  http://www.plosone.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0002660

(2) an in vivo assay to demonstrate efficacy in a chimeric murine model. N. Kneteman, MD, et. al.,  KMT Hepatech, http://www.uofaweb.ualberta.ca/hepatech/pdfs/kmthepatech_validation.pdf

While we cannot accept tax deductible donations for this next step, we are exploring the possibility for direct charitable contributions to the above to underwrite this next step, should an individual(s) or a HCV organization be interested in supporting this undertaking.
